Account Closure, Restriction & Suspension

Shell 77 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close any player account under the following circumstances:

• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• The player is found to have engaged in any prohibited activity as listed in Section 8.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Requests from competent authorities or law enforcement bodies.
• At the player's own request for the purpose of self-exclusion or ceasing play.

Responsible Gaming
